The National Examinations Council of Tanzania (Necta) has released the results of the 2024 Advance Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE) Form six. The results were released on 2024, by the Necta Chairman, Dr. Charles Msonde.

A total of 468,286 candidates sat for the examination, out of which 234,177 were boys and 234,109 were girls. The overall pass rate was 86.89%, up from 85.47% in 2023.

The best performing regions in the 2024 ACSEE examination are Dar es Salaam, with a pass rate of 92.99%, followed by Arusha (92.51%) and Mwanza (92.35%). The worst performing regions are Simiyu (75.61%), Mara (76.73%) and Shinyanga (77.46%).

The Necta Chairman, Dr. Charles Msonde, congratulated all the students who passed the examination and urged them to continue working hard in their future endeavors. He also urged the students who did not pass to not despair, but to continue working hard and try again next year.

The 2024 ACSEE results can be accessed through the Necta website, www.necta.go.tz. Candidates can also access their results through SMS by sending their index numbers to 15533.

How to Check Necta Form Six Results 2024

To check the Necta Form Six Results 2024, candidates can follow the steps mentioned below:

  • Visit the official website of Necta (www.necta.go.tz).
  • Look for the “Results” tab on the homepage and click on it.
  • Select “Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (ACSEE)” from the drop-down menu.
  • Enter your Examination Number and Year (2024) in the required fields.
  • Click on the “Submit” button to view your results.
