Ihefu F.C. is a Tanzanian football club located in Mbeya region. The headquarters of the club is Mbarali District, Ubaruku district, where the club's stadium is located.
Currently their home games are played at the Highlands Estates Stadium, located in Ubaruku in Mbarali district, Mbeya region.
Ihefu was founded in 2012. It struggled to play in the second division league (SDL) and the first division league (FDL) and managed to get promoted in 2019, after finishing in second place in FDL group A and playing a play off against Mbao Fc. Ihefu won two goals to nil against Mbao in the first leg played at Ihefu's home field and in the second leg they were beaten four goals to two, thus making the aggregate 4-4 and enabling Ihefu to climb the ladder with the advantage of away goals.
In the 2020/21 season, it participated in the Tanzania Premier League, but was relegated after finishing the season in 17th place, collecting 35 points in 34 games, winning 9 games, drawing 8 and losing 17 games while scoring 22 goals and conceding 41 goals. That season, the team was relegated 4: Ihefu Sc, Gwambina Fc, JKT Tanzania Fc and Mwadui Fc.
